PIRXON S.A. has been in existence since 2004 and initially operated under the name Smart Media Sp. z o.o., but changed its legal form and name in 2017. Since its inception, the company has specialized in the production of software to automate and optimize business processes, which streamline work by reducing costs and risk.
Products in the company’s portfolio
Proprietary system for asset management and inventory.
It is one of the best inventory solutions on the Polish market (with a mobile app). The program has been operating on the market since 2005. The company has several hundred clients in this area, of which approximately 75% are public sector institutions.
The proprietary system for managing receivables and credit risk. The system is a unique solution on the market for organizing and streamlining the receivables policy. The program was launched in 2005 and is used by over a dozen customers of the company from this sector. These are large enterprises, often with a dispersed structure.
The service consists in automation and maintenance of business processes using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology. It was added to the company’s portfolio in 2016. The company has a few dozen customers in this area and is perceived as the leader in RPA implementations, having the most robots implemented in this technology in Poland according to the robonomika.pl ranking of 2020.
PIRXON AR TECH
This is the latest service in the company’s range; it consists in creating dedicated mobile apps using Augmented Reality. The company is currently developing a market position in this area.
PIRXON also conducts regular research and development work in RPA and AR.

Responsible for executing the company’s strategy and developing the company’s RPA technology. He has nearly twenty years of experience in software development and implementation projects as well as IT team management.
Graduated in computer science from the Gdańsk University of Technology and the University of Information Technology and Economics
in Olsztyn. He holds the Prince2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation certificates.
He is passionate about verifying new technologies in everyday life. He considers his biggest success to be creating a company that is growing in a friendly atmosphere.

CALL FOR SUBMITTING SHARES TO THE COMPANY
According to the amendments made, the validity of the existing share documents issued by the Company will expire by operation of law on March 1, 2021.
After that date, shares will not be a document confirming shareholder status, but only a documentary evidence necessary to update the electronic shareholder register.
In contrast, after March 1, 2026, the protection of membership rights will be lost for shareholders whose share documents have not been filed with the company and are not included in the electronic shareholder register.
In view of the above changes, the Board urges all shareholders to deposit their share documents at the Company’s registered office no later than 31.12.2020 at:

so that they can be converted into an electronic record.
The filing of share documents with the Company shall be by written confirmation issued to the shareholder.
